This paper takes the scenic area of Xifeng County, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province as the main content to carry out related research. Based on the background and research significance of the project, it will sort out the current project progress and research situation, summarize the literature review and research ideas, and then relate to the project schedule management.
The theory is described separately, which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research. Then, using WBS theory, drawing network diagram and critical path method, the project construction plan of Xifeng County Scenic Area is analyzed, and the plan of the project is improved and managed. Draw a block diagram of the duration guarantee system,detailing how to ensure the implementation of the management in the schedule. Through the case, this paper analyzes the general problems in the progress management of construction projects, and through the theoretical knowledge of management, realizes the practical application of schedule management in project progress, and improves the management level of the project on the basis of improving the construction progress.
