Education plays an important role in the national development.With thedevelopment of national economy, the education cause has also made great progress.
Rural education is an important part in the education system, and has important effecton the development of education.So there are many rural-boarding schools establishedin rural areas，and where still exist a lot of problems in the management of studentsinfluencing the development of educationalmanagement. Since entering the newperiod, the pace of urbanization has been accelerating, and it has been very difficultfor rural laborers to seek employment opportunities in cities. This has led to theemergence of many left-behind children in rural areas.How to effectively managethese left-behind children becomes an urgent problem to be solved in boarding schoolmanagement.
This study takes L Primary School as the research object in Lingshou County,Shijiazhuang to investigate the current situation of student management in the schooland analyze the existing problems to propose corresponding strategies. Duringtheprocess of the study, the status quo of the boarding management of the researchsubjects was analyzed throughmethods such as literature research, questionnairesurvey，induction and summarization.
This thesis mainly includes the following five parts:
The first part introduces the research background and significance of the topicselection, and expounds the research status of scholars at home and abroad. At thesame time, the research methods, innovations and deficiencies of the selected topicare summarized.
The second part introduces the related theory of rural boarding management,including the connotation of rural boarding management, the role of rural boardingmanagement, and the theoretical basis of rural boarding management.
The third part reveals the results of investigationconcerning the status quo ofboarding school management in L primary school in Lingshou County. Itstart with tointroduce the basic situation of the school, the design and implementation process of the questionnaire. Then, the status quo of boarding management in the L primaryschool is analyzed from the four perspectives of learning management, lifemanagement, emotional management and parental participation management,.
The fourth part is about the problems existing in rural primary schools in theimplementation of boarding system management. It focuses on the reasons for theproblems in rural primary boarding management, which includes lack of flexibility inmanagement systems, low levels of teaching conditions, severe lack of student familyeducation, the need to increase the professional quality of teachers, singlemanagement methods, and low levels of home-school cooperation.
The fifth part puts forward a rationalized solution strategy combined with thereasons for the problems in rural primary boarding management. The managementactivities are expected to innovative management mode, increase the investment,improve the school conditions, pay attention to family education management, andstrengthen teacher’s qualification. The team construction, the adoption of diversifiedmanagement methods, and the promotion of home-school cooperation, adoption ofthese measures can be effective to improve the efficiency of rural boarding primaryschool management activities.
