      摘要

      
      在政府的正确领导下,我国开始加大了对教育事业的改革力度,并呈现出了巨大的变化,而基础教育正逐渐朝着全面素质教育方向发展。在全面发展教育中,体育作为其中的重要组成部分,起到决定性作用,并且也是开展素质教育的先决条件。在当前的体育教学中,教师所面临的问题也越来越多,如何切实地实现面向所有学生,如何才能让所有学生实现全面发展,如何对不同层次的学生进行教学,如何制定出最佳的教学方式等,以上问题的出现对于教师来说无疑不是巨大的挑战。
      
      为了使以上问题得到解决,并找寻出最佳解决方法,本文在研究的过程中主要以北京教育学院附属中学的体育教学作为实验目标,对其采取分层教学方法后,对所得出的结论进行分析。在体育教学中采取分层教学方式时,学生们可以按照个人兴趣而进行自主选择,同时教师也可以尊重每个学生的差异特征,并对不同层次的学生采取不同的教学方法。笔者主要采取以下几种方法进行研究,即实验法、问卷调查法以及文献法等,并且将所得数据进行统计处理,主要分析了该校进行分层教学的实际情况以及具体方案,并对此展开了深入研究,借此期望可以为其他研究者提供参考依据。
      
      研究结果如下:
      
     ?。?)通过分层教学实验,在学生分层过程中按分数高低给学生分层的情况仍不能完全放弃,存在标签效应。分层的标准需再细化,使其更具有科学性。学生分层流动性的把控,评价方式的标准略显单一。本人通过进行实验后发现,在采取分层教学后,学生们的学习兴趣与学习动机均得到了显着提升,并且也激发了学生对体育锻炼的积极性与兴趣,对学生的素质发展具有一定的现实意义。
      
     ?。?)在采取分层教学形式时,依照学生对技术的理解情况而对其进行动态 V 化管理,使学生们接受问题的能力与教学内容基本一致,这样的话便于学生更加有效的理解内容,并且提升教学质量,与此同时也会极大程度的提升学生的身体素质,产生良好的促进作用。通过进行分层教学后,能够促使学生树立“终身体育”的健康意识。
      
     ?。?)分层教学可以为学生创造自主学习的氛围,学生可以根据个人意愿自由发展,课堂气氛也轻松活跃,学生们都积极参与至其中。同时,也可以使学生在进行自主学习时,而逐渐培养良好的运动习惯,并端正自身的学习态度。

     ?。?)分层教学能够充分展现出素质教育的特点,较之于传统教学模式来说,教学效果更佳明显,可以对学生进行有针对性地教学,与当前教育的发展形势相符,具有一定的现实意义。

      At this stage, with the continuous progress and development of society, people's livingstandard has been improved correspondingly. Under the influence of the times, people'sdemand for quality has also increased. Under the correct leadership of the government, ourcountry has begun to intensify the reform of education, and has shown great changes. Basiceducation is developing towards all-round quality education. With the promotion of qualityeducation, the individualized development of the students can be effectively promoted andthe overall development of the students can be escorted. In the overall development ofeducation, sports, as an important part of it, plays a decisive role, and it is also a prerequisitefor quality education. In recent years, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude isa great hot teaching mode in the reform of teaching. This way of teaching in many schoolsin the major course of practice, but not in the middle school physical education curriculumhas been carried out. In 2016, two selection items were added in Beijing's middle school testsports, that is, football and volleyball, which provided more opportunities for students tochoose. In the current sports teaching, teachers are facing more and more problems, how toeffectively implement for all students, how to make all the students achieve all-rounddevelopment, how to teach the students of different levels, how to work out the best way ofteaching, the emergence of the above problems for teachers is certainly not a huge challenge.
      
      In order to solve the above problems and find the best solution, this paper mainly takes thephysical education teaching in the Affiliated Middle School of Beijing Education College asan experimental goal and analyzes the conclusions obtained after adopting the hierarchicalteaching method. When adopting hierarchical teaching method in physical education,students can choose their own interests according to their own interests. Meanwhile, teacherscan also respect each student's difference characteristics and adopt different teachingmethods for different levels of students. The author mainly studies the following severalmethods, namely, experimental method, questionnaire method and literature method, and theobtained data were statistically analyzed, the actual situation mainly analyzes the schoolstratification teaching as well as the concrete scheme, and launched an in-depth study,through this expectation can provide reference for other researchers.
      
      The results of the study are as follows:
      
      (1) Through the stratified teaching experiments, the students' stratification in theprocess of students' stratification can not be completely abandoned, and there is a label effect.The standard of stratification needs to be refined to make it more scientific. The level ofstudents' stratified mobility is controlled, and the criteria for evaluation are slightly unitary.After carrying out experiments, I find that after taking hierarchical teaching, students'
      
      interest in learning and learning motivation have been significantly improved, and it has alsostimulated students' enthusiasm and interest in physical exercise, which has certain practicalsignificance for the development of students' quality.
      
      (2) in the stratified teaching form, in accordance with the students' understanding of thetechnology and the dynamic management, make the students accept ability and teachingcontent are basically the same, so it is convenient for students to understand the content moreeffectively, and improve the quality of teaching, at the same time it will also greatly enhancethe student body quality, promote. Through the stratified teaching, it can promote thestudents to establish the health consciousness of "lifelong sports".
      
      (3) Layered teaching can create an atmosphere of independent learning for students.Students can develop freely according to their wishes, and the classroom atmosphere is alsolively. Students are actively involved in it. At the same time, it can also make studentsdevelop their good exercise habits and correct their learning attitude.
      
      (4) hierarchical teaching can fully show the characteristics of quality education,compared with the traditional teaching mode, the teaching effect is better, can the studentstargeted teaching, in accordance with the current situation of the development of education,has a certain practical significance.
